The GenIA database centralizes and harmonizes knowledge on genetically driven immune-related disorders and catalogs published patients and variants.

SHaReD project

SHaReD

The SHaReD platform was initially designed to store and integrate multi-omics datasets generated for diverse cohorts included in RESIST consortium research projects at Hannover Medical School (MHH).

Mechanistic immunology programs

We study the molecular mechanism of ADA2 in immune cells, focusing on nucleic-acid sensing through molecular biology and ex-vivo immunology approaches.
